Nurse Provider Agreement

This Agreement governs your participation as an independent nurse or caregiver on the CarePro platform, operated by LESNAR AI LTD, Nairobi, Kenya.

1. Independent professional You provide care as an independent professional, not a CarePro employee – you are responsible for practising within your qualifications and within the standards and scope of the Nursing Council of Kenya, or your relevant professional body.

2. Credentials and verification Your documents must be accurate, current, and genuine – this covers your national ID, nursing licence, and certificates. You authorise CarePro to verify them, including against the Nursing Council of Kenya register, and to re-check them over time. Keep your licence and certifications valid, and update CarePro promptly if anything changes or lapses.

3. Conduct and quality of care Deliver care competently, safely, and with dignity – honour confirmed bookings and be punctual, check in and check out honestly for every visit, and record accurate care notes. Respect patient dignity and cultural preferences, and escalate clinical concerns and emergencies appropriately, including calling 999 or 112 in an emergency.

4. Platform payment only Accept payment only through the CarePro platform – never solicit or accept direct cash payment, and never arrange care with a CarePro patient outside the platform. Your payout for completed care is processed by CarePro according to the agreed rates.

5. Confidentiality and data protection Treat all patient information as strictly confidential – access only the information needed for the care you provide, and comply with the Data Protection Act, 2019. Every access to medical data on the platform is logged.

6. Safety and incidents Report incidents and safety concerns promptly – raise adverse events through the platform as soon as they arise, and cooperate fully with any investigation.

7. Suspension and removal We may suspend, blacklist, or remove you for serious breaches – this covers misrepresentation, unsafe or unprofessional conduct, off-platform dealing, licence lapse, or breach of this Agreement. Serious matters may be reported to the Nursing Council of Kenya and other authorities.

8. Independent responsibility You are responsible for your own clinical acts and indemnity – maintain any professional indemnity appropriate to your practice. CarePro coordinates and records care, but does not direct your clinical judgement.

9. Governing law Kenyan law governs this Agreement – it is interpreted under the laws of Kenya.
